"I have been going to North Pointe Dental Care for nearly five years. Dr. Brown is an exceptional dentist who not only is extremely competent but also takes the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and in plain English. Wendy, the front desk receptionist has been consistently amazing. I have worked with several hygienists all of whom are friendly and professional. The facility is warm, clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown and his staff!”

“My husband and I have been going to Dr. Brown for 3 years now. His office is always clean and efficient. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Brown has a calm demeanor and he explains the procedure thoroughly. We also appreciate that the office is transparent about billing. They provide the patient with procedure details and cost, including insurance coverage and out of pocket cost before scheduling. They have Saturday appointments, which make it very convenient for us. I would highly recommend North Pointe Dental Care!”

“Everything was excellent. The hygienist was very professional and did a great job 🛀. She was very thorough. Kudos to her. The dentist then came in and did a full mouth investigation. The entire office was very clean. The staff was very pleasant. The massage chair was a great plus.

“Actually enjoy going to the dentist now. I appreciate this facility, hygienists and dentist so much. I feel I am getting a very thorough exam and cleaning. I am always in control of what options to take from suggestions to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I've never had to wait, they are always prompt and even sometimes can take me early if I arrive a few minutes before my appt. Everyone is very friendly and informative and patient with a person who has a bit of dentist anxiety.”

“Well... I've done just about everything you can do at a dental practice with North Point Dental. From a simple cleaning, to getting two replacement crowns after mine old ones cracked from a different dental office, teeth whitening, and my final prerogative of 6 cosmetic porcelain veneers across the top row of my front teeth. I've spent many hours at this dental facility and the staff is extremely competent, patient, and truly caring. Dr. Brown himself is so knowledgeable and skilled and walks you through the entire process as it's happening and takes time to answer questions and hear out your concerns. He uses top rated facilities for getting quality crowns and porcelain veneers made which is so important. Very thankful to have found them, I postponed getting my dental work done for as long as possible because I really hate going to the dentist; and finally I found a place that offers skilled and quality service. You won't go wrong here!”
